Reenrollment

See the 2020 - 2021 Tuition Schedule

Our paperless enrollment/reenrollment will open on January 31, 2020.

As part of the enrollment process, you will:

  • Review the information, which we currently have on-file for your student and family.
  • Acknowledge the 2020-2021 contract via electronic signature.
  • Acknowledge the 2020-2021 waiver via electronic signature.
  • Create a FACTS Tuition Management account, select a payment plan, and make an initial payment of $2,500. (Please click HERE for detailed PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.) The application for Tuition Assistance may be found within FACTS Tuition Management.  We ask that you complete the Tuition Assistance application by February 28, 2020.   • Submit the enrollment packet.

To complete our online enrollment process, you will access Enrollment/Reenrollment in the Family Portal using your existing login.  If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login given at the end of this message.

If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, please follow the Instructions for Resetting a Family Portal Password given near the end of this message.

To access Enrollment/Reenrollment through the FACTS Family Portal:

  1. Please go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
  2. Enter your username and password.   (District Code = SHELTON-TX)
  3. After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
  4. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for student(s).  The online process should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.  We ask that you complete the online process (which includes FACTS Tuition Management account creation and initial payment of $2,500) by February 14th.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted.  Please print, complete and return these forms to the division office prior to the first day of school.  Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

Instruction for Resetting a Family Portal Password

  1. Please go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
  2. After the Family Portal Login screen opens, select Forgot User Name / Password?
  3. Enter SHELTON-TX into the District Code field.
  4. Enter in the Email field your email address as used for Shelton communication.
  5. Click the Reset Password button.
  6. You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to gain access to a page where you can change your password.  For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  7. Click on the link.  Type your desired password into the Password field and into the Confirm field.
  8. Click on the Save Password button, close the Window.

Instruction for Creating a Family Portal Login

  1. Please go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
  2. After the Family Portal Login screen opens, select Create New Family Portal Account.
  3. Enter SHELTON-TX into the District Code field.
  4. Enter in the Email field your email address as used for Shelton communication.
  5. Click the Create Account button.
  6. You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.  For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  7. Click on the link.  A Change/Create Password screen will open.  You may use the default username provided, or create a new username.  Type your desired password into the Password field and into the Confirm field.
  8. Click on the Save Username and/or Password button, close the Window.
