What time should grandparents arrive?
Valet parking will be open at 8:30 a.m.
Where do grandparents enter campus?
You can enter off Summerside Drive or McCallum.
We did not get an invitation, can we still come?
Yes!
Will I be able watch this event online?

We lost our nametags. What do we do?
There will be a check-in table at the entrance to get a replacement name tag.
Check-in is NOT NECESSARY unless you need a nametag.
What should I do if I have more than one grandchild?
Grandparents can come both days, or the older student may attend the program in the younger sibling’s classroom.
Where do we go first, the classroom or the gym?
The program will start at 9:30 a.m. in the gym. Classroom visit will follow.
Will there be breakfast?
There will be coffee and pastries in the gym.
Can our grandchild go with us to the gym performance?
Sorry, no. There is not enough seating to accommodate students in the gym.
Can students leave with their grandparents or other relatives?
Yes. Please email the advisor to give permission.
Should my child come to school if they do not have any guests attending?
Yes, each student will have a role in their advisory presentation. If you choose for your student to stay at home, please let the advisor know.
If a grandparent needs assistance, can a parent come with them?
Yes.
If grandparents are not able to attend, is it ok if other relatives or parents attend?
Yes.
What time is carpool for students who do not leave with their grandparents?
12:15 p.m.
