The SEE Book I Handwriting manual may be used as initial handwriting instruction for any emerging learner 5-7 years of age. SEE Book I Handwriting is used in 1:1 sessions, small group sessions (3-5), or in classroom settings.

SEE Book I Handwriting begins with a pre-writing section to prepare learners for the task of handwriting.  Cursive (handwriting) is then introduced and practiced for all concepts in SEE Book I Beginning. In addition to correct formation, sound/symbol correspondence is emphasized each time a letter or group of letters is written by the student.  

SEE Book I Handwriting contains direct instruction in cursive (handwriting) and is recommended to accompany SEE Book I Beginning Student and SEE Book I Teacher Manuals.
