The SEE Word Building Deck contains consonant beginning sounds and 94 short vowel word families to support the process of word building using onset and rime.  

The deck can be used for introduction, practice or review of initial word building. 

The SEE Word Building Deck can also be used as the basis for teacher directed phonemic awareness activities or can be incorporated into shelf work in the Montessori classroom.
