What has been your favorite experience at Shelton?
"My favorite Shelton experience was the equine therapy provided my eighth-grade year. It was such a fantastic opportunity that allowed me to take a break from stressors in my everyday life."
Who has been your favorite teacher?
"My favorite teacher has been Mrs. Hannah Morel. While I have never been lucky enough to have Mrs. Morel, she always goes above and beyond to help me and other students with math along with just listening to our problems. Mrs. Morel has been a great role model for me and I will miss not getting to see her every day."
How has Shelton impacted your life?
"Shelton has given me self confidence and an accepting community that has inspired me to reach for goals that just seemed like dreams at first."
Would you recommend Shelton?
"I would recommend Shelton because Shelton has done some pretty amazing things for me by allowing me to be involved in several extracurricular activities while still maintaining straight A's."
What are your college aspirations?
"I plan to go to college and double major in Engineering and Marine Biology."
What is a fun fact about you?
"Last summer I spent two weeks on a sailboat in the British Virgin Islands and was able to scuba dive with sharks, turtles and in a sunken boat. During the summer I turned 13, I swam in 13 different lakes. I have also been an All-American Mascot for two years in a row."
What are you looking forward to this year?
"I am looking forward to being involved in my last Shelton musical and also completing my first dual-credit college English class — along with the excitement of being a senior!"
