SHELTON WELCOMES THREE NEW BOARD MEMBERS
GREG DELAGI
Greg is a former senior vice president and general manager of Texas Instruments (TI). A 35-year TI veteran, Greg held a number of leadership roles, the most recent leading TI's Embedded Processing business, where he managed its transition into a high performing business with a broad worldwide customer base, diversity of growth engines and expanded margin contribution. Greg is a graduate of Nichols College in Dudley, MA, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
JOHN NEWBY John Newby and his wife, Maria "KiKi" Karos, have two teenage children. The older, Julia, is at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. Carson is a former Shelton student (Grades 3-9) who graduated high school in May from Prince of Peace Christian School in Plano and is now attending the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
John is a founding partner of Mullis Newby Hurst (MNH), an independent insurance agency specializing in insurance and surety bonds for commercial contractors. Founded in 2002, MNH has four locations in Texas and Arkansas and was the Southwest's largest construction-only agency before selling to Acrisure LLC in late 2015. John is the managing partner of MNH/Acrisure and oversees all production, operations and financial administration with a team of 45.
John has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
CELESTE ZUCH Celeste Zuch and husband Kurt are parents to two Shelton students – sons Andrew (freshman) and Connor (Grade 8). Daughter Kaki attends Parsons School of Design in New York City. Their other son, Alexander, is a senior at St. Mark's School, where Celeste served as Homecoming Co-Chair.
Celeste and Kurt decided to put their skills and acquired experience to use by becoming entrepreneurs. They established Pathways Consulting, a software consulting firm specializing in the utility industry. The firm was only two years old when it was sold to a public company that was itself was later acquired by Computer Associates.
Celeste is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (UVA).
Celeste is active in Christian ministry. She also enjoys cooking, exercising, and, most of all, spending time with her family.
