SAVE THE DATE - Parent Support Meeting - The topic will be Freedom from Chemical Dependency. This meeting is mandatory for all new Shelton parents; however, it is open to all Shelton parents. For parents only, no childcare will be provided. The meeting will be held at the School @ 7:00 pm.

MORE INFORMATION Lunch with Dad or a Special Adult - A lunch time treat for students in grades 7 through 11 - lunch with Dad or a Special Adult - here are the dates and times:
January 22 - 7th Grade (12:15 pm to 12:40 pm)
January 23 - 8th Grade (12:40 pm to 1:05 pm)
January 24 - 9th Grade (1:10 pm to 1:35 pm)
January 25 - 10th/11th Grades (12:30 pm to 12:55 pm).

Dinner Theatre for the Spring Musical - Into the Woods
Shelton Theatre Arts present Stephen Sondheim's musical creation Into the Woods. The winner of three Tony Awards (Best Actress, Best Original Score and Best Original Play). The New York Times wrote: "It is funny, seductive, clever, challenging and so much more. Does "Happily Ever After" really exist?" Registration information will be forthcoming, but for now save the date for a very memorable evening.

The Stampede - At the Bomb Factory, 2713 Canton Street (Deep Ellum). The Stampede is the premier event for the Shelton Parents' Association and is one of the largest fundraisers in support of the work of the SPA. SAVE THE DATE Party for 7th & 8th Grades - An evening of fun for the students. There will be games and fun in the Shelton Dining Hall. From 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Note: the organizers for the party need contributions of cases of water, multi-packs of chips or other salty snacks, and $10/$20 gift cards to be given as prizes during the party.
