Advocacy
The mission of StandUp LD is to educate parents about the resources available to them.  Representatives from the PATH project (a federally funded, free resource) will be available to assist parents in understanding learning disabilities, learning about their rights and responsibilities, and to help them partner with their local school districts to ensure the needs of students are met.
