Will Kresl (Class of 2017)

Will has been selected for the National Society of Leadership and Success. He is studying mechanical and aerospace engineering at Oklahoma State University. He also plays club soccer for OSU. Way to go, Will!

Jake DeWolf (Class of 2017)

Read here about the rescue efforts by Jake and friends during a flash flood in Stillwater, OK.  He and his friends were commended by the Stillwater City Council for their actions.

Jake and Will, pictured below, were friends at Shelton, and they remain friends at OSU.

Gracie Dix (9th Grade)

You've seen our messages, and many thanks to those of you who already scheduled a gift to Shelton for this special day. There's still time to donate. Gifts received from the Shelton community will benefit the many educational programs for our awesome students. No gift is too small, and, when combined with others, we will receive some matching funds through the Communities Foundation of Texas.

COLLEGE REPS VISIT SHELTON
Representatives from 45 colleges have visited Shelton this fall! They have been setting up information booths in The Commons on numerous mornings before first period, and all Upper School students are invited to visit with the reps. Director of College / Career Advising Debbie Knox has coordinated a great lineup for our students. This past year, 70 Shelton graduates were accepted at 99 colleges and universities.

OPEN HOUSE WAS FUN!
Thanks to all who attended our annual Open House on September 13th.  Here's a photo of three parents (L to R Kim Clay, Kristy Goodwin, and Nancy Gold) who attended "mini school" in Mary Bashara's Upper School classroom!  Looks like they were model students.
