Re-enrollment

 

Our paperless enrollment/re-enrollment will open on February 2, 2024.

As part of the enrollment process, you will:

  • Review the information, which we currently have on-file for your student and family.
  • Acknowledge the 2024-2025 contract via electronic signature.
  • Acknowledge the 2024-2025 waiver via electronic signature.
  • Create a FACTS Tuition Management account, select a payment plan, and make an initial payment of $2,500. (Click HERE for detailed PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.) The FACTS tuition assistance application for the 2024-2025 school year will be available to you as part of your online re-enrollment beginning February 2. In order for an application to be considered, the enrollment process must be completed and your FACTS payment account set up. The tuition assistance application is due by Friday, February 23, 2024. If you plan to apply for assistance, your application MUST BE submitted by this date. 

To complete our online enrollment process, you will access Enrollment/Re-enrollment in the Family Portal using your existing login.  If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login provided below.

If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, please follow the Instructions for Resetting a Family Portal Password or Instructions for Resetting a Family Portal Username provided below.

To access Enrollment/Re-enrollment through the FACTS Family Portal:

1.    Please go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
2.    Enter SHELTON-TX in the District Code field.
3.    Enter your username and password.  
4.    After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
5.    Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student(s).  The online process should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.  We ask that you complete the online process (which includes FACTS Tuition Management account creation and initial payment of $2,500) by February 16, 2024.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted.  Please print, complete and return these forms to the division office prior to the first day of school.

Instruction for Resetting a Family Portal Password

1.    Please go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
2.    Enter SHELTON-TX in the District Code field.
3.    After the Login screen opens, select Forgot User Name / Password?
4.    Enter in the Email field your email address as used for Shelton communication.
5.    Click the Reset Password button.
6.    You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to gain access to a page where you can change your password.  For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
7.    Click on the link.  Type your desired password into the Password field and into the Confirm field.
8.    Click on the Save Password button, close the Window.


Instruction for Resetting a Family Portal Username

Instruction for Creating a Family Portal Login

1.    Please go to 
https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx
2.    Enter SHELTON-TX in the District Code Field
3.    After the Login screen opens, select Create New Family Portal Account.
4.    Enter in the Email field your email address as used for Shelton communication.
5.    Click the Create Account button.
6.    You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For
security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
7.    Click on the link.  A Change/Create Password screen will open.  You may use the default username provided, or create a new username.  Type your desired password into the Password field and into the Confirm field.
8.    Click on the Save Username and/or Password button, close the Window.
