Reenrollment

See the 2017 - 2018 Tuition Schedule

Our paperless reenrollment will open on February 3, 2017. We ask that you complete the process by February 17, 2017.

As part of the enrollment process, you will:

  • Review the information, which we currently have on-file for your student and family.
  • Acknowledge the 2017-2018 contract via electronic signature.
  • Acknowledge the 2017-2018 waiver via electronic signature.
  • Create a FACTS account, select a payment plan, and make an initial payment of $2,500. (Please see detailed PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.) The application for FINANCIAL AID may be found within FACTS. We ask that you complete the Financial Aid application by March 3, 2017.
  • Submit the enrollment packet.

To complete our online enrollment process, you will access Enrollment/Reenrollment in ParentsWeb through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the instructions given below.

If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, please follow the instructions for resetting a ParentsWeb Password given below.

To access Enrollment/Reenrollment through ParentsWeb:

  1. Please go to http://www.renweb.com
  2. Click LOG IN from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password. (District Code = SHELTON-TX)
  4. After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  5. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student(s). The online process should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. We ask that you complete the online process (which includes FACTS account creation and initial payment of $2,500) and submit the enrollment packet by February 17th.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Please print, complete and return these forms to the division office prior to the first day of school. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login

  1. Please go to http://www.renweb.com
  2. Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  3. After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
  4. Enter SHELTON-TX into the District Code field.
  5. Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
  6. Click the Create Account button.
  7. You will receive an email from Renweb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  8. Click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Type in your desired password into the Password field and into the Confirm field.
  9. Click on the Save Username and/or Password button, close the Window.

Instructions for Resetting a ParentsWeb Password

  1. Please go to www.renweb.com
  2. Click LOG IN from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  3. After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, select Forgot User Name/Password?
  4. Enter SHELTON-TX into the District Code field.
  5. Enter in the Email field your email address as used for Shelton communication.
  6. Click the Reset Password button.
  7. You will receive an email from Renweb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to gain access to a page where you can change your password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  8. Click on the link. Type your desired password into the Password field and into the Confirm field.
  9. Click on the Save Password button, close the Window.
