Preschool Language Program
Language Adventures
Language Adventures provides an intensive language development program for children ages 2 ½ to 4 with significant language delays. Through carefully designed interactive experiences, children will focus on concept and vocabulary development, sequencing, expressive language and social interaction in a fun, activity based class, using multisensory therapy techniques.
Classes are small in order to allow therapists to give individual attention to each child and to maximize language development.
Each weekly session features a different theme with related activities. Favorite themes from the past have included camping, farm, circus and the beach.
Activities to enhance language skills will include:
- Drama
- Cooking
- Musical and Movement
- Sand Table
- Art Activities
- Finger Plays
Dates & information for Spring 2013:
February 12 - May 16 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
(no sessions during the week on March 12 and 14)
Time
The class is 1.5 hours long, 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Registration
Registration for the Spring 2013 session is due by February 4, 2013
Fees
The cost for each weekly session is $240, must be prepaid |
Dates & information for Summer 2013:
June 24 - July 25 Monday through Thursday
(3 day session the week of July 4th)
Time
The class is 2 hours long
Morning Session 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Afternoon Session 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Fees
The cost for each weeks' session is $350, must be prepaid

Class Size
Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 5 children.
Location
The clinic is located on the Shelton Campus at 15720 Hillcrest Road in Dallas. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
