Shelton Golf and Tennis Athletes STATE Bound!

Shelton Golf:
Claire Coggins competed at the Regional Golf Tournament on Tuesday and finished in 5th place with a score of 95. The top 10 finishers qualify for state. Thirty five participants from 11 different schools competed in the regional tournament for the girls. The top scorer had a score of 87. Claire will now represent Shelton in the State Golf Tournament starting on Monday, April 28 in Waco.
Shelton Tennis:
Maddy Greenberg & Mason Mills qualified for the State Tennis Tournament with an exciting third set tiebreaker (10 - 8) victory at the district tournament on Monday and Tuesday in Tyler. They will now represent Shelton and play in the State Tennis Tournament starting on Wednesday, April 23 in Waco.
