NEW!  Flashback Friday Senior-Parent Luncheon @ 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Shelton Commons. Students are free. Donations accepted for parents. Food, games and prizes. Weather permitting, we will be inside and outside. This is the 1st Senior/Parent Lunch.  Come for a few minutes or stay the whole time.  Students can wear their senior shirts or Shelton-approved spirit wear, or raid parents' closets for vintage 80/90's shirts. Parents can come as you are, wear Shelton spirit wear, or raid your closet for fanny packs & scrunchies. Volunteer Opportunities

NEW!  STAMPEDE FOOD TRUCK VOLUNTEERS: Do you love to help kids feel happy? Then you're the PERFECT volunteer for this event! On Friday, December 1 from 10:45 am to 12:45 pm, we're looking for two volunteers each hour to help manage our second food truck event benefiting the 2018 Shelton Stampede Auction! Duties include helping the kids line up to get their Chick-fil-A food and marking their names off the master list. Easy and fun! Questions? Click here. To volunteer, click here.

NEW!  GRANDPARENTS' DAY VOLUNTEERS: We need volunteers to help with several tasks on Thursday, November 16 and Friday, November 17:

SET-UP:  Thursday at 9:30 am until around lunchtime. Help make the gym look great for the grandparents! To volunteer, CLICK HERE

HOSTS:  Friday at 8:30 am - noon. Help Grandparents find seating, serve as waitstaff, assist coffee bar, refill coffee, bus tables, serve overflow seating areas. Also please help us clean up after program. We should be finished before grandparents return from classroom visits. It's fun, and you get to see the program! For more info and to sign up, CLICK HERE

RAFFLE TICKET SALES:  Friday at 8:00 – 9:15 am and/or 10:00 – 11:30 am. Help sell raffle tickets for FREE TUITION FOR A YEAR! Those who can volunteer for both shifts are greatly appreciated. Sell raffle tickets as guests arrive and after the event dismisses. Short training session on entering information into the system is provided prior to your shift.  Contact Auction Volunteer Coordinator, Christine Reynolds, at dereynol@gmail.com or 817-575-9145 with questions. GRANDPARENTS' DAY DONATIONS  We need some goodie bag donations for Grandparents' Day! This is a great opportunity to promote a business. We'd love some pens, notepads, key chains, samples, coupons or other promotional items from restaurants, stores, shops, banks, car dealerships, doctors, beauty suppliers, etc. (We have already secured dental goodies from Mint Dentistry.) Although we're making up 900 bags, feel free to donate fewer items or a mix of items – all the bags don't need to be the same. DONATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13.
