DEADLINE TOMORROW! Freshman Homecoming Dinner @ 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Intercontinental Hotel, Dallas @15201 Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001. $55.00 per person. This is an optional, FUN group event for Freshman only. Dates are welcome, but not necessary. For more information on dress, transportation and more, see ad below. DEADLINE FRIDAY AT NOON Upper School Homecoming Dance - Saturday, November 4 @ 8:00 - 11:00 pm. NO admittance after 9:30 pm. Ticket purchase deadline is November 3 at noon. $25 per person. Volunteer Opportunities

NEW! GRANDPARENTS' DAY VOLUNTEERS: We need volunteers to help with several tasks on Thursday, November 16 and Friday, November 17:

SET-UP: Thursday at 9:30 am until around lunchtime. Help make the gym look great for the grandparents! To volunteer, CLICK HERE

HOSTS: Friday at 8:30 am - noon. Help Grandparents find seating, serve as waitstaff, assist coffee bar, refill coffee, bus tables, serve overflow seating areas. Also please help us clean up after program. We should be finished before grandparents return from classroom visits. It's fun, and you get to see the program! For more info and to sign up, CLICK HERE

RAFFLE TICKET SALES: Friday at 8:00 – 9:15 am and/or 10:00 – 11:30 am. Help sell raffle tickets for FREE TUITION FOR A YEAR! Those who can volunteer for both shifts are greatly appreciated. Sell raffle tickets as guests arrive and after the event dismisses. Short training session on entering information into the system is provided prior to your shift. GRANDPARENTS' DAY DONATIONS We need some goodie bag donations for Grandparents' Day! This is a great opportunity to promote a business. We'd love some pens, notepads, key chains, samples, coupons or other promotional items from restaurants, stores, shops, banks, car dealerships, doctors, beauty suppliers, etc. (We have already secured dental goodies from Mint Dentistry.) Although we're making up 900 bags, feel free to donate fewer items or a mix of items – all the bags don't need to be the same. DONATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13.
